Flippin Pigs BBQ Competition
The event will be a KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society) sanctioned event which will bring a minimum of 15-20 BBQ teams from Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota to Marquette. The teams will have to compete in 4 meat rounds for the chance to become grand champion and have an automatic entry to the American Royal. They will set up at the location the night before judging to began the cooking process. With the addition of vendors and a beer tent this is an event no meat lover would want to miss.
